We provide you with the services available through Followers Analyzer (“app”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions").
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you download, install or use the app.
It is important that you read and understand these Terms & Conditions as by installing and signing in or using the app you indicate that you have read, understood, agreed and accepted the Terms & Conditions which take effect on the date on which you install or sign into or use the app. By using the app, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to block your subscription and to seek all available legal remedies.
Amendments
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will keep you informed about any changes by updating this Terms & Conditions and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Continuation of the use of the app after the publication of any changes to these Terms and Conditions and (or) Privacy Policy will be considered acceptance of these changes in full.
Features of the app
We are not affiliated with Instagram or any other social media applications and the app does not represent or form a part of Instagram official services ecosystem. The app is a utility program designed to track and analyse effectiveness of your Instagram profile, as well as interaction of other users with your profile. The app allows you to obtain real time statistics related to your profile audience and its reactions to your content. This statistic is based on your actual use of Instagram features and services (see the app’s full performance list on the app’s page on itunes.apple.com). The app is provided “as is” and “as available” basis and we make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, with regard to: (i) uninterrupted, timely or error-free access to the app, (ii) merchantability, technical compatibility or fitness of the app for a particular purpose; or (iii) timely correction of defects. We may upgrade or modify the app from time to time to add, enhance or change its functions without prior noticing you. We also reserve the right at our own discretion to suspend access to the app or any of its features or services, discontinue the app or delete it from itunes.apple.com catalogue.
Eligibility
To be eligible to use our app, you must: (a) be of 18 years or older, (b) sign up for the app and (c) lawfully created a profile in Instagram. If you are under 18 years old and you wish to use the app, before doing so you must assure that your parent or legal representative have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions prior to you installing the app.
End User License
The app and all its elements (except to the data derived from your Instagram profile), including, for example, HTML software or code, scripts, text, graphics, databases, APIs, designs, images, video and audio, trademarks, logos, designations, either registered or unregistered (collectively "Materials") belong either to us or our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. All Materials are provided to you as a service and may only be used only for the purpose of and in course of using the app and the related services. No rights, title or interest in our Materials and (or) associated goodwill are transferred or granted to you. This is a limited use license which is subject to the following restrictions:
We are not responsible for the way you use the app. We may revoke this limited license at any time for any reason. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
Use of your data
Access to the app and use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy that describes the scope, purposes and the manner of using and processing your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms & Conditions and governs your use of the app. By accessing the app, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Fees
The app is provided on free basis. Once you download the app, you’ll have access to its basic features. Access to some services and/or additional features within the app requires paid subscriptions. The full list of pricing options is provided on the app’s landing screen. You may be offered to try premium options during the free trial period as provided on the landing screen. After the free trial period or than current subscription period expires an auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis.
Please note that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the free trial period or than current subscription period. Auto-renew option can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Please note that removing the app from your device does not deactivate your subscription. When you cancel subscription, you will still have access to basic functions of the app.
Right to cancel
We reserve the right to terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion for any reason. Upon any termination, all rights and licenses granted to you hereunder shall terminate.

Periodically, links (including inline links) may be created from this app to one or more external sites, apps or to sources managed by third parties ("third party sites"). These links are provided for convenience of your use of the app’s services only. None of these links should be considered to indicate that we are copying third party sites content.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE APP AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE APP. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN SPECIFICALLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
